Official support hours are Monday – Friday, 6AM to 6PM EDT (UTC/GMT-5).
* Please note: There are no official support hours on Saturday or Sunday.

At WPBackItUp we strive to provide the absolute best support possible to all our customers but priority is given to customers with active licenses. If you don’t have an active license, then please check out our awesome features and no-risk offer.
All requests may be submitted using the WPBackItUp Support Portal (support.wpbackitup.com). If you are a customer with an active license then you may log in to the portal using your email address and the password you were sent after your purchase. Once logged in you will be able to create tickets, check ticket status, upload files and even send additional information. Community Edition customers will not be able to log in but may submit tickets.
Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your requests and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that our offices are located in sunny Jacksonville, Florida so take into account time differences and allow adequate time for a response to your inquiry.
